Yes I have made several eggs stand on end. The first one takes a little patience but as soon as you get that first one you can feel that certain thing in your hands that let's you know when you have got it. Hold fingers very lightly around egg and let it move gently for finger top to finger top. You will feel it when it sets. Have patience to get that first one then have a ball.
