Nice to read the Anne Lincoln profile. I appreciate the previous reviewer's comments. My mother is also from this era. She will be 89 this coming January (2014). By the way, I love the Joseph Lincoln books and have quite a collection of them.

Anne S. Lincoln, Life magazine's 1945 glamour girl, was my mother--a beautiful, poised, strong, positive soul, with an indomitable spirit, who embraced life fully with great humor. She passed away on Sunday, February 6th, 2011, after a long illness. She will be truly missed by all those who knew her. You live on in our hearts, and I know, thank God, that your soul lives on.... Miss you forever, mom!
